This Privacy Policy explains what information Mixany processes, why we process it, and the choices available to you when you use our website, accounts, AI tools, support, and paid services.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use Mixany, we may collect:
- Account information, such as your name, email address, authentication method, language preference, and account settings.
- Creative content, including prompts, uploaded images, generation settings, and generated results when creative tools are available.
- Service activity, such as pages visited, features used, task status, credit activity, error reports, device information, approximate location derived from an IP address, and security logs.
- Communications, including messages you send to our support email.
- Payment-related records, such as the product or plan purchased, credit allocation, transaction status, billing country, and order or customer identifiers. Our checkout provider and Merchant of Record process complete payment-card details; Mixany does not store complete card numbers.
Please do not upload content you do not have the right to use or information you do not want processed to complete your request.
How we use information
We may use information to:
- Provide, secure, and maintain Mixany.
- Authenticate accounts and preserve account preferences.
- Process creative tasks and return results.
- Maintain creation history, credit records, and task status.
- Diagnose errors, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
- Respond to support, privacy, and account requests.
- Meet legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
We aim to collect only information reasonably needed for these purposes and to avoid keeping it longer than necessary.
Cookies and analytics
Mixany uses essential cookies and local storage for sign-in, security, consent memory, and core service operation. These are required for the service to work and cannot be switched off through our cookie settings.
With your permission, we also use optional analytics cookies and local storage to understand product use and performance. Masked session replay is a separate optional setting: inputs are masked and private creation and account areas are blocked. We do not send prompts, images, payment details, or authentication credentials to analytics.
You can accept, refuse, or change optional cookie settings at any time using Cookie settings in the website footer.
Service providers
Mixany relies on service providers for infrastructure, storage, authentication, email, AI processing, analytics, security, and payments. These providers may process information on our behalf to deliver their services.
Creative inputs and results may be sent to an AI provider selected for a task so that we can generate the requested result. Provider availability, processing locations, and data-handling terms may differ.
When you make a purchase, our checkout provider and Merchant of Record independently process payment, billing, tax, fraud-prevention, refund, and transaction data under their own privacy terms. Mixany receives the order and entitlement information needed to deliver and support your purchase.
How we share information
We may disclose information:
- To service providers that support Mixany.
- When you ask us to or give consent.
- To comply with law, legal process, or enforceable government requests.
- To investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or threats to rights and safety.
- As part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or transfer of assets, subject to appropriate notice and safeguards.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising as those terms are defined by applicable privacy laws.
Storage and retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain security and transaction records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods may differ by data type. Backup copies may remain for a limited period after deletion before being overwritten.
Uploads and generated results are private by default and are not published as public gallery content. You can request deletion of account-related creative content by contacting us, subject to records we must retain for security, transactions, disputes, or legal obligations.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and for notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or information about how your personal information is used and disclosed. You may also have the right to object to certain processing or withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing.
You can update certain account information from your settings. To make a privacy request, email support@mixany.ai. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
International processing
Mixany and its providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, we will use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
Children
Mixany is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Mixany develops. We will post the revised policy on this page and change the updated date. If a change materially affects how we handle personal information, we will provide additional notice where appropriate.
